EVENT PROMOTION- THE LADIES ROUNDTABLE

The Candelabrum Group (Jen-gerbread Marketing & Elite Webdesigners) planned, executed an original concept event dubbed “The Ladies Roundtable. The Ladies Roundtable is a two-day fun-filled experience created to educate, empower and inspire today’s modern women . The goal of this event is to provide resources that women need to be successful in today’s world, as well as to share information on the latest lifestyle fashion and trends along with expert discussion on relationship, career and life issues. The Ladies Roundtable is a fun-filled networking event that will encourage every woman to reach higher and strive harder to attain her goals and destiny.

Key Program Aspects/Results:

The campaigned utilized various marketing methods including guerilla marketing, social media, partner programs, affiliate marketing, cross-promotional events and more to garner excitement towards the event over a 9 month period. The campaign resulted in a extraordinarily executed event which was well patronized by consumers.

Event Booking- Mz. Berry Birthday Bash




Jen-gerbread Marketing facilitated, booked & secured a Birthday Bash for VH1 reality star Mz. Berry in Dallas, Texas. Our company handled logistics of the party details including submission of post event images to various targeted media and blog networks. The event was a well publicized event with many fans and nightlife consumers in attendance.

Event Promotion- The Single Mingle Show



EVENT PROMOTION- THE SINGLE MINGLE SHOW

Jen-gerbread Marketing was hired to promote and generate consumer excitement towards The Single Mingle Show, an original concept event which includes an infusion of comedy, speed dating and intimate conversation.

Key Program Aspects/Results:

A heavy social media campaign was put into place as well as collaborative cross-promotion by targeted Women Groups in the Dallas- Fort Worth area to create a buzz around the event. Social Media efforts included mass Facebook promotion, twitter promotion and utilization of other popular forums such as Meetup.com and direct word of mouth promotion. The program results were a well attended sold out show.

Guerilla Marketing-Visa Green Dot Campaign



GUERILLA MARKETING- VISA GREEN DOT CAMPAIGN

Jen-gerbread Marketing was hired to execute the national Visa Green Dot Promotion in the Dallas Market. The goal of the campaign was to create visibility for the Green Dot Card within the African-America community.

Key Program Aspects/Results:

Second to the church community, the barbershop/beauty shop has been a hub of the African-American community for years. It is a place where people go not only to groom and style their hair, but also to fellowship and socialize with their counterparts. By devising a campaign in which our field /street teams targeted over 200 Barbershops & Beauty Salons, we were able to create significant visibility for the card, and generate meaningful conversations among potential consumers, as well as spark interest and inclusion in conversations taking place at the various shops targeted.

 

 

Guerilla Marketing-Oro Solido Campaign



GUERILLA MARKETING- ORO SOLIDO CAMPAIGN

Jen-gerbread Marketing was hired to execute a large scale guerilla marketing campaign in promotion of popular New York based merengue group, Oro Solido. Guerilla Marketing teams were constructed to promote an after party event hosted by the group in conjunction with the international Mana Tour.

Jen-gerbread Marketing constructed street teams throughout the Dallas- Fort Worth area to create excitement in relation to the upcoming event and to garner consumer attendance of the event.

With a focus on the Hispanic market, target street team efforts were put into motion, which included cross-promotion of the event at popular night clubs, flea markets, Hispanic based supermarkets such as Fiesta.

Key Program Aspects/Results:

A pivotal guerilla marketing endeavor included mass street team and hand to hand flyer dispersion at the George Lopez Concert the weekend before the Oro Solido even. This allowed us to touch more than 3,000 target patrons and create direct visibility for the upcoming event as well as engage in meaningful conversations with the consumer.
